Upon receiving your customization request, we will calculate the required working hours. Our rate is $200 per hour. For example, if you need to develop an internal chat community feature, and it is estimated to require 100 hours, the customization fee would be $20,000. The feature can be delivered for testing within 5 days (based on 20 working hours per day). Weekends and holidays are not included in this calculation.

Our pricing model is $1,000 per month for every 1,000 users (rounded up to the nearest 1,000). For example, if you have 5,800 users in a given month, the server and maintenance fee would be $6,000.

Our charges typically apply to products where fees are regulated by exchanges. For example, we do not charge any fees for Forex or CFD contracts.
You may also commission us to develop custom scraping or integration programs for market data. However, this is not part of our standard offerings, and the pricing will be based on the customization required. Any legal disputes or consequences arising from this would be the responsibility of the user.
